Problems with PS3 Unlocking Full Game

Tried everything. Reinstalling, Redownloading, Unlocking... FAIL! Still says Trial

it unlocked for me yesterday and operate fine. I logged in around 10am est and played until 1pm without an issue, then when we tried to log back in around 4pm I was meet by a "Back to Trial Mode" with no way to return to my paid account.
