The first time I entered the code in it came up with cannot regongnise the code, and when I double checked it it was correct so I submitted it again and it too came up with the same message that I had recieved my awesome gift and that I cant recieve another.

But it's impossible,nobody enter this code except me and it didn't work already..

It is possible to find a solution ?

Yeah my code has been "redeemed" by somebody already too... Which I know is wrong. So I contacted Support and they will send me a new code if I send them a picture of my receipt... Why would I still have my receipt of Arkham City? So stupid.
