Xbox 360 Instructions:
Sign In to your profile and follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace tab.
3. Purchase Gotham City Impostors.
4. Once the download is complete, launch Gotham City Impostors and sign into your WBID at the in-game prompt.
5. In a web browser, go to www.gothamcityimpostors.com/coderedemption.
6. Sign into your WBID on the website.
7. Enter the redemption code and click 'Submit'.
8. Restart Gotham City Impostors and your free content will be available in-game.

Not an Xbox LIVE member? Follow these steps to join Xbox LIVE first:

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Create Profile. Follow on-screen instructions to choose your Profile name & avatar.
3. Select Join Xbox LIVE. Follow on-screen instructions to setup your Xbox LIVE account.
4. Continue with redemption instructions for Existing Xbox LIVE Members.

PlayStation 3 Instructions:

1. Create a PlayStation® Network Account (or login using an existing PlayStation® Network account).
2. From the PlayStation® Network icon on the XMB, select the PlayStation® Store.
3. Purchase Gotham City Impostors.
4. Once the download is complete, launch Gotham City Impostors and sign into or create your WBID at the in-game prompt.
5. In a web browser, go to www.gothamcityimpostors.com/coderedemption.
6. Sign into your WBID on the website.
7. Enter the redemption code and click Submit.
8. Restart Gotham City Impostors and your free content will be available in-game.

The last post by an admin on this thread was 11 days ago. Why do they have this thread open for people to comment if they aren't going to offer any assistance?

I have e-mailed the support team, asked on Twitter multiple times, and have called 2 times with 2 different stories given to me. I have done everything that they say to do and not one person has done anything to help. is it so hard for them to own up to their lies and make things right?

If anyone has an unused code for 360 and needs an unused PS3 code PM for a trade. This may be the only way I can get what I was told I would receive. The devs won't help me and this is my last chance.

Nope, you should be able to redeem it now. By chance, did you already use it and it's attached to your account? (You need to be sure to log-in to WBID in-game for the items to unlock.)
