Purchased DLC pet not showing up on my account?

I purchased Crocky via steam because I'm a sucker for cute stuff.

One problem though - I can't seem to figure out how to get him to activate on my account. Steam shows me as having purchased Crocky, but when I enter the game he's nowhere to be found in any mascot menu. I've restarted Steam and the game itself to no avail.

The purchase on Steam provided a code which I attempted to add to my Windows Live account under the 'redeem code' option, but it came back with an 'invalid code' error, so I'm assuming that isn't the right approach either. Any help would be appreciated!

Same here for Costume unlocks. Steam says i bought it and i shall not worry as it is automatically installed.
Even after various relohs etc it is still all locked though.
So yours is no singular issue.

Same problem i unlocked the calling card items and Steam says i own them if you right click on the game and view dlc.

I'm also having issues. I purchased the 'Dress up Pack' and it's not showing up, despite the DLC page saying I have it, as well as the purchased content window. Starting to feel like I wasted $10.

Try waiting a little longer guys. If you dont have them by morning or the afternoon submit a bug report at the VERY VERY bottom of this page that says support.

Yeah, this is something that I've heard a bit of. So, is it that the code itself just isn't working? If so, I'd highly recommend that you get in contact with Microsoft ASAP to have them resolve the issue for you.

Also, if it went through, but you didn't get it unlocked in-game, check out the Games for Windows LIVE Marketplace app, and be sure that they all downloaded. On my home PC I had a few things unlock when I entered the code, but I had to go to the GFWL marketplace app to make sure that they all downloaded.

I had that problem with the solo XP boost.

Solving the prob is easy. just log on the game then go in GFWL and redeem the key that steam gave you and voila.

yea as raneb says, right click the game in your steam library and get the activation codes for the content you bought, then when in game and logged into GFWL just redeem the codes and you'll get the content.

Re: Adding new codes

to redeem the codes you bought you have to press home on your keyboard when you're at the main menu of the game, then go to your gamer tag and click redeem code, enter the codes you got in there, let the stuff download and then it's done.

when you're looking at the redeem code thing you can press shift+ tab for the steam overlay, then click CD keys at the top of the screen to see what you need to enter, pro tip.
