Re: Crash at splash screen.
Sorry it's taken me so long to get to this thread. I've been trying to look around and find out what I can, but I can't find any solid information.
My best suggestion is to contact our Customer Service. They've got a big knowledge base, and will likely be able to provide assistance better than I can! Apologies.

Re: Crash at splash screen.
Just sent a ticket detailing everything inc. a dxdiag.

Re: Crash at splash screen.
So the reply I got was that its been noted and .... Well ... Thats it. I tried the 'contact us' tab and it wasn't working so I kind of give up. Sadly ...

Re: Crash at splash screen.
Sent a ticket and got a reply saying 'Your fault has been noted'. I attempted to us 'Contact us' and was just redirected to the same page telling me to refresh. Patience is gone and I'm tired of attempting to fix this. Shame.

Re: Crash at splash screen.
Is it even definite that there -will- be a fix for this?
-
Re: Crash at splash screen.
I'm having this exact same problem.
Disappointing to see there's no fix, nor potential refund.
-
Re: Crash at splash screen.
So I'm not the only person having the issue yet there seems to be no solid input if its even being fixed or if theres even a temp solution. Sucks ***.

Re: Crash at splash screen.
just to let you guys know if you contact steam stating "sales of goods act" due to the product not working as its advertised it should do, (shortest way to put it) by legal law i am entitles to a full refund, laws the law, if the product you have paid for doesnt work to the standards it states it should then your entitles to a full refund,
also its a uk law so it will probably only work in the uk, other countries should have laws on the same kind of lines tho,
hope this help you with getting a refund if all else fails

Re: Crash at splash screen.
I did so they said my problem was with Warner Brothers and Monolith, not with them. Which i felt odd.
