what about the dlc weapons? how are there enough unlocks to get all the weapons and the additional fun fact?

I don't believe they added more keys so, just unlock what you can each promotion :P

Thankfully, if you buy the most recent dlc pack, which included the boarding party, it's already all unlocked for you

Oh thanks goodness. I really didn't want to have to save an unlock for it.

Every hundred levels you promote, it resets everything except for paint jobs for weapons, calling card elements and costume coins. As well as costume pieces you buy, but you have to have the custom costumes unlocked. Promoting completely resets everything, so no you wont be able to unlock eveery weapon
