What does a game need these days.
What does a game need these days to be a succesful multiplayer gamer. Here are few things i think about when i want to find a decent game to play in.
1. Sandbox maps
-semi-tolerant destructability
-option for them to be created by players and treat/play as if they were legit
2. Customization
-Hero customization (purely visual)
-Weapon customization (visual and functional)
-Perk customization (skills)
3. Crafting
-All mentioned in Customization
-Trading options
-Unique gadgets
-Special events (prizes)
4. Leveling
-Unlockable content
-More upcoming unlockable content (similar to TF2 updates)
-Inviting friends from other communities
-Supporting other communites (if You play in TF2 you get special item in GCI, and vice versa)
5. Constant balancing
6. Achivements
-Team based
-Objective based
-Personal/Weapon based
-Unlockable tittles (auras)
7. Co-op
-Making quoes
-Team voice chat
-Seting objectives inside teams
-Quick command bar
What else can we think of to help developers pick up a righ direction in making this game EPIC for the next five years?
