For English Technical Support, please call (410) 568-3680, or send an email to support@wbgames.com.
Please explain the problem you are experiencing and include the platform you are playing on and the type of internet connection you have.
For Technical support in other languages, please email wbgames.intsupport@warnerbros.com.

INFORMATION WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO HELP:
Greetings, and welcome to the Support and Feedback forums! With any luck, your time here will be short and brief. So, to help achieve that goal, we’re going to ask that you take a deep breath, and provide us with the following information:- Your ISP and Connection Speed (Cable, Fiber, DSL, and your Mbps)
- The platform you’re playing on
- Your network information: Modem type, router, your hub/switch, and if you’re connecting via WiFi or Ethernet. (Additionally, if your issues are primarily rooted in connectivity, please post in this thread.)
- Your location
- A detailed description of what your issue is, and what steps you’ve been able to take to make it happen again (if any)
Once we have that, we’ll be able to help you out! If you don’t provide this, you’re only hindering our ability to help you. (Sounds harsh, but it be true matey.)
Not only do we here at Monolith want to help you out, but friendly folks in the community want to help too! So, let’s get down to business, and we’ll get you back into Gotham ASAP.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BUG REPORT THROUGH THE SUPPORT PORTAL:
To submit a ticket or bug report, please follow these directions:- From the bottom of the Impostors website, click the "Support" link.
- Once on the Support page, click the blue "Support Center" link (below the Gotham City Impostors Support logo).
- Then click "Submit a Ticket".
- Complete the form on the next page, and click "Submit".
- You will receive a confirmation email that the ticket was received.
Please note that Bug Reports and Feedback are passed along to the devs, but you won't receive a specific response. All other tickets will be reviewed and responded to in the order they were received.
