    Stuck on Level 100

    I'm playing on the Xbox and I was level 99 last night, but I had a little bit more to go to level up. When I got on this morning I was level 100, but now I am stuck on 100. I'm not getting experience, psych profile bonus, etc. All I am getting is costume coins after each game I play.

    You have to accept promotion.

    It's like prestiging though. You will lose everything except gun camos and backgrounds/catchphrases/etc.

    To add to the above post - you need process the promotion yourself i.e. it is not an automatic process. To do so, go to Secret Identify in game and process to select Accept Promotion and follow the on-screen prompts.
