Matchmaking problem

Hi, just bought the game and I'd really like to play it. Though, I can't because it seems I cannot enter any Matchmaking games.

I've read somewhere that I need to open up some ports?

I am behind a router only.
Using a PC
I am from asia, specifically PH

Also, are the servers region locked?

I'm having the same issue on PSN. Have been playing for the last week with no issues, but today the game does not sync me to any matches. Very disappointing. This is a very fun game, but the lobby and server issues leave a lot to be desired.

I got into a game last night but I waited for around 20mins.

Maybe there are tweaks or filters to finding a game so that games are easily found? =)

Just checked some of the other threads, and it sounds like there is something screwy with the servers right now. I'm on the PSN, and the server system hasn't been working well since yesterday. Hopefully they'll get it fixed up soon.
