Say I use this with my DF setup instead of shurikens can it shatter people as far away as the shurikens can lock on or would I need some other method to kill people?

Also I love the idea of it reflecting explosives and stuff my one concern with this is I think they should tone down the range it has. I have been hit with it halfway across map on Crime Alley down the main street a few times I'm like are you serious right now he isn't even close to me >.<. Plus then players would have to get the timimg right in order to reflect the explosives back so it wouldn't just be easy mode to do it.

2. I wish game chat was censored in real time to insure that whenever people speak of this wonderful support item, they say the name properly. It's pronounced 'conk.' I have no idea why that's so difficult to grasp.

Thoughts?

This has been brought up before, both Conk and Conch are accepted pronunciations, the difference is based on region.

Id like to master it but cant seem to get all the kills for it. Im no good with the deep freeze so thats out of the question so guess ill have to wait till i hit my 900s and just work on it slowly.

Practice makes perfect once you get use to the DF you'll have a blast hated it at first but now its one my favorite guns because half the people playing this game using Body Armor makes for east freezes =p

I see one problem with this. Campers. Imagine a world where campers sit in an area with a Conch, TD, WD, Mighty, Horse Healthy and Well Grounded. The Conch able to reflect projectiles and the shots of the WD means it would be impossible to remove them from their spot.

I don't think the campers would be too much of a problem because of the cooldown.

Also, which regions (islands/coast areas only) is it proper to pronounce it 'conch'? During my times in Florida, everyone pronounced it 'conk' and insisted that it was the only proper pronunciation.

It's official...the Conch gets me hate mail. I added it to my try hard class "speedy, skates, dual shotty, wallflower, wooden legs" about a week ago when I finally bought the dlc and have now received 2 hate mail. I have over 300 hours between my two profiles and mainly snipe unless the game is super laggy or my team gets 10 points down or I get stuck in a 2vs3 match etc...and only received hate mail this past week while using the conch.

I've now been called a hacker and told that my conch shotgun class is for noobs.

Love the conch, exploding trap in the boxes, knocking jet packs and dive bombers out of the sky. Love to rush in the middle of a group and use the conch to cause chaos. Half the time when I flank someone I'll blow the conch as a "warning shot". Later on in the matches when I sneak up on them again and use the conch they get all spastic turning around trying to find me. I still die plenty but I love my conch...though I do miss my axe for those moments when you run around a corner into a mighty.

On a side note we need to get all those people in Florida some dictionaries because both pronunciations are in the dictionary. I've lived back and forth between North and South Carolina and have heard both pronunciations in the Outter Banks and Myrtle Beach.
