The first one is "Good Guy Greg". Quoted from knowyourmeme.com: "the captions generally depict the character as kind, generous or empathetic to other people."

I think he just meant that he thought some of them were funny, and some not. He might've been judging them by the text, and whether or not he thought it went well with the picture. Just saying >.<
