A dive-bombing mighty isn't hard to kill, people hate on it because it knocks off a fair bit of damage and is over-used, but so does a direct hit from a deep-freezer but no-one hates on that (because its under-used) and the time it takes to switch weapons is about the same time it takes to recover from a dive-bomb, I am not defending anyone and going against anyone just adding the facts into the conversation. also What I'm trying to put forward is people will hate on what is popular and if everyone was using the deep-freezer people would complain about that

My point is that I wasn't even hating. You've played with me, all jokes about hating Musty Nutz (when he's on the other team) aside, I don't really complain about anything. I get how people think me sharing the video and by the title of this thread that I'm complaining, but I honestly don't care how people play this game.

Yea I know what you mean and agree with you. It was more geared towards Rican explaining why people generally look down on Thorn's playstyle.

The deep freeze takes skill to use though. Divebombing doesn't.

Exactly. There's nothing cheaper in GCI than a dive bombing mighty IMO. And people wonder why so many of the "better" players prefer to use the burly character. I can't speak for everyone, but dive bombing mighties are a big reason why I use it.
