why would anyone use the partisan?

probably i'm just looking at it to easily, but when i compare stats between the huntsman and partisan, the huntsman equals the partisan on everything and even beats it by 2 dots in one stat (can't remember which, the third or so).

what is good about the partisan?

Huntsman has ****ty hit detection and partisan is a 3 round burst so it caters more to people who aren't as accurate with 1 shot.

Partisan is way better as a close quarter weapon, if you're using it with another specialized weapon that can't do close quarters well. I see the Huntsman as more of a mid to long range range, while it's clip makes it almost useless in close firefights with more than one person. If you can get headshots with the Partisan, it'll be your best friend in those types of fights.

im waaaaay better than with the huntsman close quarters, i just hipfire spam to get the kill, when i do that with the partisan i always die because you cant spam the 3 round burst or aim it as quickly. i shoot my first burst and may get a few hit markers but when i do follow up shots when i hit the bumper i get no response and they i hit it again and my hip fire cursors arent line up and its just a hot mess. i can and will kill you with close quarters with the hunstman but i will very rarely kill you with close quarters with the partisan

As stated above, the huntsman hit detection can be spotty but the guys that are solid with their aim and fast with the trigger can outshoot anyone in a gun fight. I have better luck with the partisan at longer ranges.

Yea Hunstman has horrible hit detection but as far as the Partisan catering more to people who aren't as accurate because of its 3burst I would say just the opposite seeing as if you have decent aim and line up headshots the 3burst on it pretty much guarantee's quick kills

Because the partisan is arguably one of the best weapons in the game. Way better then the Huntsman in my opinion. Can only use huntsman with a scope ._.

I just dislike the accuracy consistency of the Partisan even at medium range (i'm stretching it when i'm saying medium range) i even missed a 5X time multikill a day or so ago, because for some reason i couldn't hit a enemy Trap-in-the-Box that was like only 50 meters away from me, while i was standing still shooting a full clip at it. :S

The gun seems to miss half its shots, wich seems weird to me, because of the pause between burst shots you would think it's a lot more accurate, though i'm not saying it sucks or anything by far, but the only way i feel comfortable using the Partisan is with the red dot sight, everything else is just hit and miss for me.

Its a good gun i like dawnpatrol assault rifle more though.
