Remove fall damage when landing on a trampoline?

It's something that I just assumed happened but it turns out not to be the case. It has gotten me killed/severely damaged a few times over the last week or so.

Well what are you doing exactly to get yourself hurt from it? Jetpacking or using Spring Boots off the highest point in the map? You can just drop down first then use your gadget to get around, I've suffered a few suicides from using Spring boots in the past jumping off of a high point when I'd be much safer falling off to the ground then doing it xD

The issue I have is that I naturally made the assumption that landing on a trampoline would negate fall damage when it doesn't. It just makes sense to me that landing on a trampoline would not cause fall damage. I think it would make the gameplay flow better also.

Here is an example. I lose 58 health from landing on a trampoline from not even that high up.

It depends on your body type aswell, Burlies and Mighties can fall from greater heights before they start taking damage but speedies and nimbles get hurt from lower down, an example would be if you are a Burly and use insoles to double jump from one of the main entrances on 25th floor down towards the health station you either don't get hurt pr hardly hurt at all but as a speedy you will die from that height.

Also I know this game lacks logic in most cases but if you look at the size of the trampoline it's very small both in how high it is off the ground and how much you can stand/jump on so if you were to fall 20ft or so ontop of it you'd probably hurt your legs when the trampoline surface hits the ground before launching you back up.

I'm almost certain you landed on the ground; even if for half a second. I'm always one to be jumping about, especially on trampolines, and this has never happened to me (I'm #16 for Double Jumps in PS3 Loserboards) or anyone else.

You can also decrease or completely remove any damage you might take from a high jump/fall if you stick to the wall and brush up against something sticking out/an object.
