*Save Failed and Missing Data*

(1) I recently had the problem of the dreaded "save failed" and eventually got it to save after trying for about 15 min.

(2) I left the game, came back and it read that I was a new user.. I began to panic and tried to reload my data multiple times. After the third time it loaded my data.

(3) Since then, every time I start the game I have this problem, will it ever go away? Is there any way to fix it without starting all over? Do I always have to be in danger of losing all my data? Can the problem get worse?

I had this issue recently. I completed a game which subsequently froze on the matchmaking lobby. I quit the game and reloaded to find that I was back at level 1 and a save error message was displayed. I panicked as well but for some reason instead of closing the game I decided to play a match and by luck I noticed my correct stats and level loaded post-game. I ten decided to quit after a successful save and have yet to have any problems.
