    I doubt it. I looked up a lot of articles and they all said that he would only be playable in certain missions in the new DLC. At least I get to play as him for a bit, but I wanted more and so did many other people. Whatever, Harley's the star and I'm thrilled, but I miss Arlene Sorkin.
