My opinion on the new DLC + updates

Witch Doctor- Great
New map- Not so great
New FF- Didn't notice it until I pinned a mighty to a wall and it seems useful when its called upon
New voice- LOVE IT
New costumes- Quite nice
Headshot nerf- GREAT
Fixing the Toxic Gas- Good to see a fix actually being put in that was brought up here

Compared to the East End I feel that Arkham Asylum is absolutely phenomenal, it is very well laid out and there are great travel routes for all gadgets. You also find people generally congregate around the large rooftop area in the middle which leads to pretty crazy battles that spread out onto the ground level areas nearby.
