Motivator tips and tricks?

I just made a guide and I was hoping people could give tips and tricks they use to be effective with the motivator.

1. Heal skilled player.
2. Don't die.
3. ???
4. Profit!

But seriously, I use a Burly with Energy Drink. It helps you stay in the fight (healing of course) longer to make sure your patient doesn't die. A good back-up weapon like the Persuader is good for emergency situations too.

1)You don't heal the most skilled lol you heal the teammatesa that stick together (they tend to live longer)
2) You will die no matter how good you are...motivators are enemy number 1
3)???...
4) lots of profit
