Don't know how to send a message o3o but it doesn't matter.

Roommate - Believes I stole his hard drive from his closet (In which I have no reason of doing so...) so he's sueing my for $1000

Neighbor - A branch from one of the trees in our yard fell on one of her fountains (I kinda understand this one as the tree did look alittle weathered) and is sueing $500 which is half the price of fountain <- no problem with this one

Rat Dog - I have a community lawn cutting servise that requires us to pick up after our dogs and clean our backyards. Well one my neighbors lets his dog run out off the leash and he poops any where he wants a.k.a my yard. I never knew this until I get a fine from the lawn company saying I haven't cleaned my yard.

I have confidence that you will not have to pay out on these, mabey the fountain thing, but the other two not....the roomate needs proof, so the judge will just throw this case out...you should be able to argue out of the dog poo one especially if you don't have a dog, either way I wouldn't pay one red cent to that lawn company unless court ordered to do so....fountain thing makes since but check with renters/home owners insurance if you have either one and see if they can take care of this issue...best of luck!
