I am having a bit of an issue giving feedback on it. You use the Chaperone to get up close and unload, Gatekeeper for long range engagements, bear traps for map control and rollerskates for quick engagements. You also use Codependant for the team actions with Horse Healthy and Hard Target.
I might be missing something, but I don't see the synergy. Why run with a Chaperone here? You are getting close. The expanded drum empties on one target, a second guy comes up. Switch to gatekeeper? Hard with the red dot. Similar the other way round, I can't see how these two work together. Now for the bear traps, you can put them at key locations yes, but there is no weapon or gadget to support it, get to it quickly. As you use rollerskates and two quick weapons, I don't think you want to camp the traps.
Honestly, it would help to hear your playstyle here. Do you stay around a certain area with your traps and wait out for enemies? Do you search for enemies and destroy them quickly?
If it's the former, consider a rifle instead of your chaperone. Consider Goggles or Hook for gadget and get something for solo actions or such.
If it's the latter, consider a different mod for your Gatekeeper, vigor chug for those quick engagements and maybe the insoles. Again, Codependant doesn't make sense to me here.
In short, tell us what you want with your build, I and others can focus more clearly on giving you criticism.
