Reflex sight on a shotgun, yay or nay?

Yes but who ADS with close kills? You use the sight for longer range, and just shoot from the hip upclose (then you will get the close kills). I got the gold persuader btw.

I know, lol, I am in the middle of doing the Chaperone's CK feat...just venting. Still, never really liked the sights on the shotties.

Lol well it took me 93 levels:P just shoot from the hip, stand against them. thats the only thing that works. use some bear traps.

Haha you got 10 promotions to try and get it. I mastered 6 weapons now and the persuader was one of the hardest. but it was worth it

But to stay OT. The sight doubles the range and is great for headshot. I don't use it though.

only 7 left for me. spent a massive chunk of my 100s with the Persuader. working on finishing shredder headshots before 300.

odd.. i use ads 95+% of the time and i have a gold persuader.. wonder how that happened.

Close kills can be done with ads why would you think otherwise?

Well, as someone who is actively trying to finish the feat, which I check after almost every match (even looking to heat map here on the forum stats), I have never gotten a close kill to register while I was ADS. Some of the close hip fires don't register either, but I think that is more to do with when the kill registers.

All shotguns need red dot sights so they can do awesome pro shotgun sniping kills.

I wouldn't bother. Use perpetrator ammo and shoot form the hips. It works just fine.
