    Dark Souls Sequel

I'm all for another game from From Software along the lines of Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, but from the sound of it, they mean to make it much more accessible to casual gamers. I'm certainly not of the 'I'm a hardcore gamer, and all casuals can burn' category, but I did appreciate a game whose goal it was to be apologetically difficult. Not insurmountable, just very hard. If they do make the game more casual, I'll be a little sad.

I still got to play dark souls looks good but the time it takes to beat a game like that is quite a lot. Demon's souls took me months to beat. Also i think if the sequel is toned down to much then it just becomes another rpg.

I actually didn't find Dark Souls all that difficult, I'm used to grinding for levels and stuff not to mention that most enemies are incredibly similar, once you're done with the first of each enemy you should know what the rest of them have in store, plus I love heavy weapons and heavy armor so once I got the Dark Wood Grain ring and Havel's ring I was set to use whatever armor and weapons I wanted.

I'd love to see a direct sequel to Dark Souls, maybe we could explore more of the world, it's such an interesting world.

The removal of herb chomping and addition of estus quaffing shifted playstyle significantly. I now no longer fear running out of healing pots long term, but the short term management still can make it challenging.

I still haven't gotten so far in Dark Soul's yet. It always takes a while to get the hang of Demon's/Dark Souls and the classes/builds...

I usually rock the same class, Pyromancer has such an easy start off.

Yeah - i started with pryo. Put some levels into INT before I realized it didn't improve my pyro hand dmg.
So then I started over with the pyro, putting more levels into str and dex for curved sword use. Then I realized I wanted to sling some INT spells anyway... oh well lol.

What armor did you end up with for your pyro?

I killed the Tauros demon yesterday or the day before. REallly easy with the pyro hand. Can't wait to play more of this game.

I rocked a mix of Golem head, Black Iron body, Steel hands, and Golem boots, I really liked the look with my +15 Demon Great axe.

I'm planning on running Queelag's Furysword, Pryohand, with a shield and Soul Spear spells. A good mix of str, int, and dex will work out to a pretty decent build.
I killed the dark knight at the top of a spiral staircase right after the red dragon and just before the Boar guarding the gate. Dark knight gave me his shield very happy with that shield!

I've already been invaded twice. It really sux when I can only do 28 dmg to someone with my most powerful spell. ..although now that I think about it I think he might have just been blocking.
