Don't expect miracles for the quality, but it is certainly good enough for my Top Plays series.

Ooft, I really don't know how you would check... Google the model number of the camera? Is it on the box if you still have it?

I've been thinking of doing a montage too, it's just a little too much work for me at the moment. Maybe in the summer if I get some time off :O
