Being accused of using a lag switch

That is what happens when you get DSL or some other poopy ISP. It's not something that you can do anything about (except pay for better internet), but it's still kinda cheap. If you start a game, and everyone is red-barred but you, you should probably quit. Don't expect other people to quit, they aren't the ones with the problem, you are. If you stay in the game, and get reported, that's your problem.

First don't sweat being hassled for lag switching unless you really are cheating. MS does not ban people just because they get reported. They do check out if the person reported is really doing whats been reported. Things like lag switches J-tags and hacks are actually pretty rare in newer games, its just that a lot of players have no idea what is really happening. Since this game has its own servers lag switches have less effectivness anyway. At least in theory.

only time i see wierd lag is when your say in a 3 on 3 group anytime a new player joins i simply stop moving sadly its normaly as im about to shoot a guy lol
