Experiencing Connection Issues? READ ME!

plz can you fix this its a fun game but i cant even play it and im starting to think i just wasted my money

hello,
i need help since this game isn't working smoothly all the time on a good day it connect to a server withing the 3 try and a bad day it just never connects at all!!! i can be waiting in the lobby for even an hour and nothing happends, i just find myself staring at my name all by its self.
please help me and tell me if im doing somthing wrong or its just the game!

When I connect, I'm in a lobby, and timer going down in increments of two seconds (lag, I assume). Then, loading starts. Batman running across the bottom shooting his pistols, with constant freezing for a few seconds. No post-cards yet, or loading bar. Few minutes later, oops, "Connection Failure-Lost Connection to Server." No "bad assetts" or anything. The problem is even more prevalent when joing games-in-progress. The game worked great the night I bought it, and now nothing. I can VERY RARELY connect to a TD game, but it lags me out almost immediately. I haven't even tried any of the other gametypes yet, since I always get disconnected from the lobby. I have the DLC and all... Any help? My information is....

Console: Xbox 360
NAT: Open
ISP (Internet Service Provider): Time Warner Cable, USA, North Carolina
Hardware: Normal Ethernet Cable (wired connection to Xbox), to a TP-Link (TL-SF1005D) Ethernet Switch, another normal ethernet cable, to a TP-Link Wireless N Router (TL-WR940N), another cable, to a Arris Modem (Model Number: TM602G/115)

All help is greatly appreciated. I'm so tired of playing CoD, and this game is a great relief from it.

Servers need some serious work done! Every time i go into matchmaking it'll act like it's working the say server failure and takes like 30 tries to work then next game goes and same problem. Fun game when it actually works. So Please fix matchmaking and servers.

I am having the same exact problem as this guy. And quite honestly it is pissing me off that I just spent $10 for this game and I can't even play it. I can play any other game flawlessly as my interent connection is quite fast but I cant play this game. This is a problem our your guys side so fix it and quick!

what is up with this game i havnt called microsoft yet mainly because im too lasy to get the number because honostly i believe the problem can be fixed. I redownloaded this game four times already and for some reason im redownloading as im typing. I spent twenty bucks for the microsoft points to get this game. honostly the creators need to do something, and people need to stop posting that stupid **** about what people should try abviously it doesnt work!
