Bought DLC costume pack & doesn't seem to be working

Exactly as the title says - none of the costumes are unlocked except for the few I have been able to afford...
I am playing on the PC version bought through Steam.

Is this a known problem?
Is there some setting I am missing?
How can I fix it?!

Restarting steam and GCI a few times hasn't helped.

i had the same problem. restarted the game WITHOUT running steam solved it for me.

just strange that you have to have steam running to start the game ...

but for everybody else:

close steam
start GFWL client
go to your games
PRESS DOWNLOAD !!! ***? -.-
it downloads ~30 kb ...
start steam again and log in ...

worked for me ...

on the main menu for GCI, press HOME, click your gamertag then go to Redeem Code, put your codes in there and hit Submit, let the stuff download then restart GCI to be safe.

DLC is unlocked and handled by GFWL, the first time you started GCI you had to put the serial into GFWL too, the same concept applies

You are mistaken, my good sir. That is how you download GCI. We were talking about a DLC for it.
