2 good titles hit Tuesday... which you gonna be playing?

So, Resident Evil Operation Racoon City and Ninja Gaiden 3 both come out tomorrow. Which (if either) are you planning on playing?

Me personally, I'll be somewhere in Racoon City trying to thin out the well know zombie problem they apparently haven't been able to get under control these last 10 - 15 years. I dunno, something about a zombie game with me is like flies and honey.... I just get sucked in and stuck. However, once that is done I'll probably check out NG3 but man, I remember still to this day that NG2 was and probably will be the hardest hack 'n' slash game I've ever played. It took me roughly 110 hours to beat on MEDIUM. And that's insane... so much death, restart... death, restart...

Kid Icarus: Uprising (comes out Friday). IMO it will be way better and keep me occupied for way longer. I also like multiplayer shooters.

The new RE game is supposed to be more of a shooter then a survival from what I've read. Can't say I've watched any footage or anything though, I just know I get to be lucky and play it for free. Gotta love the wife working for Blockbuster. I still get free game rents to this day. Mauhahahaha. =)

Operation Raccoon City is a "What if?" scenario showing what would happen to the Resident Evil storyline if Leon and Claire died in RE 2. I've been thinking about getting it for a while now, but I'm really on the fence about it. I guess I'll wait until I see some reviews for it before deciding to spend $60 I don't have for it.

I'll be trading Syndicate for Gaiden III. Lets hope Team Ninja knows what they're doing without their leader...

I might have came across a troll pic of the NG3 review, but from what I've seen IGN has gave NG3 a 3/10. YIKES. Was a big fan of number 2 and I thought they could just work from 2 and add multiplayer, guess not.

Hope Racoon city does good despite having the same team from SOCOM.

I care so little about IGN reviews these days its hard to put into words. I saw the same review, though. It made me more determined to get it....

I saw another review of NG3 somewhere else that was 7/10. Don't remember where, though...

Haven't really kept an eye on NG3, think I saw a brief video of multiplayer where there was some Izuna drop action going on against another player. That's pretty neato.

Anyways, not trying to make people not buy it. I'm a big NG fan but I haven't looked into 3 so I really cannot say if it's a buy for hardcore fans or not :S.

Oh it wasn't a troll pic, it's real. They didn't even say anything about multiplayer in the "review". I'm not even a fan of the NG series but IGN's review was pathetic at best. My favorite part is when they criticized the game for basically swarming you with enemies, you kill the enemies, go into next room, kill more enemies. Now, from my experience, with the series, that's pretty much what it's done since the first game and everyone seemed to love it.

Not to mention that if they get anything with CoD, Halo, Gears of War, or any triple A title along those lines they give it 9's or higher, even when it's literally the same thing over and over. Consistency with their reviews is something that they don't have.
