    Ok, just for some clarification I think what we are all talking about here is Pork Belly Bacon. What we know here as Canadian Bacon is just Back Bacon(but tastes like ham)...so yeah. I guess to stop confusion we mean Pork Belly bacon. Let's be honest though, Pork is some damn fine meat and it's all delicious.
