Constant Server Kicks and Freezing? (PS3)

Is anyone else constantly running into this? I've had this for days before the DLC update, was hoping that it would fix all that, suddenly I'm still getting disconnected from lobbies and freezing at loading screens..

What are your NAT settings? Maybe your router is being a meanie, try forwarding ports too..

Ooh, yikes. Didn't notice I was in the wrong section, if a mod could move this then I'd be grateful. And I was doing just fine, but recently it's all I've been getting. Delayed matches, frozen screens forcing me to restart my PS3, Matches beginning then kicked from servers, and the list goes on.
