I never said they were lazy or anything. On the contrary, judging by the response time for my ticket they provide the fastest support I´ve seen so far. But I´d rather have a dev come to the board and say "good news people, we fixed problem xyz, and the patch will be out soon" or "hey, we saw some good ideas in here and will try to put em in the game" than getting a new skin.

Skins are art department job and so far they've been nothing short of perfect. Glitches are for programmers and system analysts to fix and I'm sure they are working on that right now.
