Deep Freezer Buff

I have been using the Deep Freezer a lot these past few days. It's amazing, but it is so hard to freeze Speedys, Nimbles, and Mightys. I feel that the Deep Freezer needs more splash range to kill Speedys and Nimbles. I also feel that it needs more damage to kill Mightys more easily. It usually takes me 5 shots to kill all three of these body types. Anyone else agree?

It's fine how it is. Any more and it would be over-powered and any less it would be under-powered. You're trying to make it a class above the other guns it seems.

Everything in the game has a weakness, this just so happens to be the Deep Freezers weakness.

I feel like it is under-powered. I guess your are right about the damage being over-powered, but at least the range needs to increase by 1-2 inches.

They actually nerfed it since the patch. You can't keep freezing them over and over again by hitting the ground after they've become unfroze anymore.

An inch away from a person with a gun that shouldn't deal splash damage still damages them, why would you complain?
Bullets dont kill people when they miss by an inch or hit a wall an inch away.

If you can't use the deep freeze, don't use it.
It's an amazing weapon against squishy types, if you can't aim, fully charge it and shoot it at their feet.

That's the thing, this game isn't realistic and that's what I love about this game, but if they made the gun to do splash damage as well at least make it where it will hit the target %70 of the time.

It hits where it's aimed 100% of the time.

No offense here, but the gun doesn't need a buff. It's a sniping weapon. It's your aim that's the problem.

If your first shot damages them (200 for direct hit fully charged, half for just splash) just finish them with your secondary. It's not meant to "kill" all the time and really shines as a way to earn kills with weapons, gadgets, and support items that are difficult to kill on their own. And aim for the shins of nimbles and speedies, at least you'll have a chance to hit them and if it misses, you'll still get splash damage. I think it's fine, I have gold freezer, btw.
