Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. It happened while I still had trial time. Basically gained a few levels one day, turned it off, 21 hours later, booted it up again, levels gone. I've since bought the game. I figured this would be a hiccup or a downside of a the demo version. I didn't mind losing a few levels since I'd barely progressed but it would be good to get them back if I can! Looking forward to getting stuck right in to this game.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): I'd exited the game normally, nothing bizarre.

my stats have been reset for 3 weeks and it has been 2 weeks since i received a message saying everything would be back soon. i was at level 59 when i got reset and now i'm at level 78. the time this is taking is a little ridiculous.

If not, when?: i never had the trial version just bought the game outright knew it'd be great. not sure what level i was but it was up there, 56-57 maybe. i only needed 10 more headshots to complete every feat for that damn jackhammer! lol..

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.) nothing odd happened no power outage nothing like that. i did turn my xbox off directly from the game instead of going to the home screens but i do that all the time and it never effects anything.. this is probably one of my favorite games and most played game but i doubt i'll ever play it again or get any more of your products if this isnt fixed quickly. do us both a favor and remedy the situation ricky tick! lol

My stats reset on 2-26-12. I bought the game on the release date and had no problems up until the reset. I noticed none of my shots were registering as hits on the day I got reset. The guns would fire but their was no damage dealt. I've submitted my info everywhere possible and have heard nothing back about the problem, nor have been my stats been restored. It's as though you don't care about this problem at all.

i do not have the issue but a friend does and hes more concerned about losing his backgrounds and symbols that were unlocked than the xp and costume coins. is this something that he will just have to deal with???

Sort it out Monolith! Or refund the people who had the audacity to buy a game with the expectation that it wouldn't be broken.

I bought the game the first day then last week I got the update and played no problem then I didn't play for two days and today I fired it up and it had forgot all my epicness. Great game, thx for the map keep em coming!!!

Hello. I just logged on to Imposters and found that all of my stats have been reset. I understand that this is an issue and I am sending my information so you can fix it. I was somewhere around lvl 60-61. Thank you for all your efforts, I really enjoy playing this game.

It just happened to me. We just had a power outage due to high winds here and our power went out. after i turned on my xbox i was excited to get back on but when i started the game it made me read the disclaimer and all the malarkey. i though ok this is werid, then it was like you are level 1.......................DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEUUUUUUCCCCCHHHHEEE!!! please if you guys could help me i put a butt ton of time in this game which i really enjoy. i dont wanna waste good money!

I agree no excuse at all, It's been almost 3 weeks now since i lost my stats. I was reassured of the xp and such being restored shortly. Still no stats restored and still seeing peoples stats being wiped. Ask about refund and i'm told to talk to PSN that they are not responsible for the refunds....wow that is top notch customer service there

On the night of February 27 at approximately 10:15 p.m. EST, I was JUST about to begin a match. The clock was counting down then all of a sudden the screen went blank and the loading screen came on and then I was back at the Xbox dashboard screen. I started the game again, and everything was reset. EVERYTHING! I had to reagree to play online and so forth, so I didnt play at all. I havent played since. I was at lvl 33 with over 1000 in costume coins. This sucks.

Come on Monolith, why wont you type here or anywhere? Stop hiding and tell us if you will really restore our sh!t or not! Stop avoiding the fact that you just don't give a damn to restore anyone cause you're lazy. Just tell us the truth what you plan to do.

So, a couple things. First off, we've started the process. The XP returns are going out in waves. You can find more information about it right here, in this blog post.

And, to reiterate, the XP restoration is going out in waves. While you haven't gotten yours back yet, there are others that have. This is an ongoing process that we won't stop until we've taken care of everyone. We have no plans of stopping before that happens.

So the patch that came out on PS3 wasn't intended to fix the stats issue? I thought that was what it was for?

Is it possible to get some estimated times? Like, how many in a wave and how many waves a week? Also, will you be restoring for pc players as well?

Edit: Another thing. If I'm playing in the meantime, will I lose any xp and coins when my stats are restored? Would really appreciate a quick reply.

Played a couple of hours ago. logged out to get some food and watch some tv-shows and when i logged back in 10 minutes ago the stats were reset. Computer was up and running all the time with no internet/power outage.

A little off-topic - I also bought the game on my X360 a week ago but was only able to play it the same day i bought it. Ever since i have been getting "connection failure, lost connection to server" and "error, invalid game assets" messages every time the game is loading the match. 150+ tries and counting..

Is the issue fixed or not? Judging by the posts above me the stat resets are still ocurring.

If the issue isn't fixed why bother restoring stats if there is a high chance they will be reset again?

While switching from trial to full version?? No, was a level 63, and everything was awesome, but then had quite a hard time connecting, I attempted to connect to at least 5 different games and got "server failed" everytime. I then shut off my xbox, returned abour an hour later, and behold I'm a level one.. I have played a bit since then and am now a level 4, just hoping there's something you can do to bring me back to at least 63 if not a 64/65 because of all the excess experience I'm gaining.. its quite frustrating when I'm quite the achievement gatherer, and was on the last level of headshots for the gatekeeper, and that would have completed it :(

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nope, I was offline for a day and then today I logged in thinking "Maybe they've fixed the digital camo glitch" because the whole legal documents and texts came up, but then I went into my secret identity I was level 1.

I are upsetted.

Last night when i was playing i was around level 163 and when i got on today i was a 156 :( I know its not much but it was work i put into the game! Thanks.

Not sticky stats but some of the challenges are not updating and giving you the points like heads up hansome or whatever got it loads of times but not giving me 1000 point acheivment.its a few of them not just this one.while i am here how do you use rampage tryed everything but getting no points on rampage feats.may be you need to put these kind of things in how to play

i had been playing and got up to level 37 and it had said failed to save many times. restarded the game and all my stats had been erased. this happened to me on 2/23/12 and i had emailed yall a few times and had never gotten a response.

Hello again! This time I managed to get another save corrupted error. Here's what happened:
- Logged on to play as usual, a few matches of everything. Played maybe 30 mins.
- Suddenly in the middle of a match I started to get community challange counts.
- After I was done playing I waited at the menu so no yellow lights were on and I shut off the game through the PS menu button.
- The console bleeped at me and restarted itself. This normally never happens so I decided to start the game up again.
- When I entered the game and it got to loading profile, an error message came up saying something like save file was corrupted and I might have lost progress.
- Lucky for me I lost maybe just a game worth of stats this time, no levels. So its no biggie for me, but it might have something to do with the community challenge appearing from out of thin air while I was playing?

Hope you guys manage to fix this someday.

It happened yesterday (2/28/12) When i turned off my xbox to go eat. I came back and all my stats were gone. I never downloaded the trial version so if you can please fix my stats that would be great. I was a level 48

this just happened after a few days after purchase, i was playing one night and then decided to turn it off, the next morning, i was sent back to LvL 1 with no stats or xp.
