This has happen to me twice in a week. Both times at level 15. Never downloaded the demo, but i did play the beta.

Had nothing to do with unlocking full game. This is over a week later.
Cant think of anything strange that happened recently that would lead up to being reset.

This is pretty much all i play atm. Was in the 80s... wouldnt mind having that back. Kind of a pain to redo over a day of playtime.
I just got my first golden gun last night :(

Also wouldnt mind getting an email or a message tellin me when my stats might be changed back to normal. I really want to get back to playing but im not starting from nothing again. So im kinda counting on this right now

i was reset about 2 weeks ago and since then i have played only fumigation and my leader boards are not tracking it. if u have anything to tell me please do so i would be pretty high in the ranks cuz im almost always in the #1 spot.

I have a weird one, I tried to buy the Knight's Nest with MS Points (320) during intermission between games and I got a error code (sorry I kept trying while logged into matchmaking between games). However when I was finally able to back out (when the rest of my party left) I tried to buy it again and now my MS points are gone (I had 380 points in the interface) and I still don't have the Night's Nest dlc. Can someone help!? FYI I can see my points on xbox.com, they just don't show-up when I try to buy via the costumes interface.

It just happened now. I had the full game since it came out. No problems until now. nothing odd happened that lead up to the reset. I just turned on my PS3 and started the game.My secret identity stuff is gone 2 and i bought a xp pill yesterday 2.

I had been upgraded from the trial version for a couple of weeks with no problem, then I had to disconnect my playstation for a few days while I moved. When I set it all up again, about 5 minutes ago, my stats had been wiped. I know that you've got a fix to the problem now, and I've sent an email with my details. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon.

I was level 45 2 hours ago and my last match was team death match in a party with a friend and after we finished playing I quit playing and started to play another game then 5 minutes ago I came back to play Gotham City Impostors and now I'm Level 1. How can I get back to level 45? and resume play from were I left of 2 hours ago.

Just as I was backing out of the costume editor I got bombarded with the dreaded "SAVE FAILED: Writing to storage failed. Retry?" prompt & WHAM! I'm suddenly an adorable little fresh-faced level 1 again.

Which is kind of a bummer because I was, like, level 96-7 last time I checked. :P

Went to sleep the other night, woke up and saw that my level and stats reset, raged, then went on here to fix it.
No signs of power outages or anything else out of the ordinary.

no i never got my xp back but i dont know they have to go and check everyones old lvl by the leaderboards to check if anyone lied about what lvl they where when reset. its taking sooooooo long but at least they are giving back xp.

HAPPENED TODAY AT 10:00am pst...lost all stats and coins...

Question for any who have had their goodies restored: was the progress on feats and such restored as well or just XP and coins?

My stats were not reset when upgrading from the trial. Nothing odd had occurred recently

They are restoring lost xp already, yet i still see daily threads of lost xp...that tells me the problem has not been fixed. They are merely restoring info so that it may very well be wiped clean again a few days later. This isn't acceptable. Skar has been very nice in returning my emails, but i am on 2 weeks now sense my stats reset and we appear to be no closer to fixing the problem. When i stop seeing daily post on here about lost xp still occurring perhaps i would feel better. Then when a refund is asked about im told i will have to go through who it was purchased through...ie playstation network. Considering the game is only available on ps3 through psn i dont think its fair i have to deal with them when its obvious that is the only source. Its not as if i could have purchased it directly from you guys.

im not sure how it happened. I played for like the first five days and got to level 70 and the next day my stats were gone :(

Please, it would mean everything to get everything back. I was level 43, I believe. with 900+ costume points.

This is now the second time all of my stats were wiped out... The first time was to my main account Rich_Tha_Rula and now to this account. On my stat tracker it says i played 22 hours ago with my last stats of kills and deaths, but when I tried signing on today it was wiped clean again. I didn't have any problems such as power lose or internet connection failures.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): was trying to play a game with a few friends, every time we joined a game it started up and went through the loading screen, when the bar got full it would kick me then search automatically for another new game. it wouldnt let me back out of the search when i was pressing O, then it froze and then i had to quit the game. took an hour break then tried getting back on and thats when everything was gone...

do we just get stats and coins back? or is it calling cards, weapons, feats, etc too?

Bought the full game on release played until about 45min ago quit to XMB for 10 mins put the game back on and all stats were reset and i had to re agree to terms and conditions and i am now at level 1.....before stat reset I was lev 53 with a ratio of 1.12. bunch of funnie money ect.

I have been enjoying the game in spite of the long wait times, that is until today. I played for the better part of 2 hours gaining costume points so I could customize my characters. I was in a match and it disco'd from the server, so I decided to change spend some of those costume points, I clicked on what I wanted and was at the screen where it asks if u want to use costume xp or ms points, I was abt to choose costume xp & all a sudden it bounced me into a new lobby before making my selection. I checked and sure enough it took my MS points without me even selecting for it to do so....I'm not happy about this at all!
About an hour and a half after I fired the game back up and I got this problem. So hours put into the game and its gone. So not only did I lose 240 MS points when I did not press a button now I lost all my progress and don't have access to the item it took my points for anyway. I am really hoping that i get my MS points and my stats back soon. Out of curiosity i started the game and checked the leaderboards and it only shows my stats either from when i had the trial or just the first 12 games when i upgraded. Very frustrating, this was the first time i bought an arcade game.

I have had everything reset on me! I did upgrade from trial to full a few days ago i was lvl 33 then reset to 1 and got to lvl 14 then got on later today and reset to 1 again this game is fun but not worth it if this keeps up!
