So far this happened to me twice, the second time being today (Feb 22). When the game loads my profile, I get the pop-up that forces me back into trial mode, after already having the full game unlocked since its release. A few hours earlier, there was no issue. Turned off my PS3 for a break, and when I come back, and started GTI the pop-up comes up.

However, this just happened. I just got the pop-up for trial mode, said "No" to going back into trial mode, it sent me to the PSN store to purchase the game, which I have already bought and downloaded. After exiting the store the game started up again (which is normal) and the pop-up did not come up this time, and all my stats are as they were a few hours prior.

Hope this info somewhat helps get all the lost stats back for everyone.

Had already upgraded to full off the bat and I had logged in to play a couple days later and I was reset. I had reset my router between the times I played.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: I had the trial version and I got to about level 4 before buying the full game, when I did my level was reset to 1 which was okay for me except that I couldn't use the digital camo that I got for making the WB account, but that did not bother me too. When I went online to play it first said I had gone back to trial mode, so I re downloaded the unlock game thing and went back to the menu, but it still said I was in trial mode. So I deleted the game and re downloaded everything, i waited a couple of hours and when it was finished I started up the game, it auto signed me into my WB account and I checked my stats and the game said I was level 1, PLEASE HELP. Oh i also never turned it off when it said it was saving.

ANNND my account just got reset again....

EDIT: Scratch that, it tried to reset my account by making me go through all the legal papers but I declined them instead and reset my PS3.
On reboot, my account was back and didn't reset.

So word to the wise, if it tries to make you set your screen size again and have you Accept legal work, just Decline it and reset the console.

No, it happened as soon as I started the game up as usual. When I signed in via Windows Live 10 minutes ago, it popped up the same agreements that I had signed when I first played the game (paid full from Steam). I agreed to all the agreements as usual and then it logged me in with my WBID as normal. All my stats are wiped and I was reset to level 1. However, my Windows Live still shows all achievements that I have gotten. Steam still shows that I have purchased the solo XP bonus, too.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.):
Nothing odd. Internet connection was fine as I was connected to my Windows Live and also my WBID. All stats wiped.

I hope this isn't the first and only PC stat wipe problem!

can some one tell me how long it takes for them to reset you stats? i posted on here on the 18th feb, an i love this game but cannot be botherd with the greif of preset classes and not having the equipment i spend ages unlocking and tailoring into classes

Mine ran fine the first couple times but part time it went back to trial mode and had to redownload the key then it workers fine. I tried this morning same thing happened but when I download key it still won't work. I an currently unable top play at all.
