Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Not, i don't know what happend, yesterday i played without problems, and today the game was iniciated like the first time (i don't know why), my weapons, my costumes, my stats... i lost all, and i want it come back, please. I bought the game the first day of release and since then I've played every day. I want it all back.
Thank you for help, and I hope the problem will be resolved soon, because meanwhile I will not play.

•Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Happened after re-installing on new HD. Custom Loadouts were still there, but all costumes are locked, even though i had purchased the costume pack for 800 Microsoft points.

I've been searching for an hour trying to figure out how to file a complaint or look into getting my points back, there should really be an in-game support option. What can i do to get my points back?

This happened around about 4 days ago , i was playing it one night it was all fine then when i went on my xbox in the morning i was back to level 1. Thanks in advance if you can get me back to my level.

guess you get this a lot. your post is aug 2011. game just came out like hat last week? this week? anywho only problem other then lag wich is expected with this kind of game. Is the sound. I dont get it only game ive ever played that i have sound issues with. I know its adjustable and sorts but dang man. Its just messed up.

As to what happened we were having an awesome day yesterday I got up to level 43, logged out for the night. When I logged in this morning, bam rocked down to lvl 1 with nothing. It took a lot of work getting to lvl 43... I never did the trial version, since my friends told me I had to buy it or else.... so no upgrade bug is possible.

Quick update for everyone...

If you've properly posted on this forum (platform, location, gamertag) then Skaar will contact you (if he hasn't already) on how to get your stats back. Check you messages on this website to see if he has.

I play on PS3 and lost all of my stats and upgrades but Skaar contacted me earlier this week and just follow the instructions that he gives you and you'll have all of your progress back.

And just so everyone knows and stops complaining: You get all of your stuff back. All calling cards, catchphrases, unlocks, costumes... Everything is back to normal so stop asking for free handouts
