Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?
Nope, i had the trail, got full game and kept all my stats, got about 15 hours of game play overall, playing in a party of 5 (which does give alot of problems) and my game froze with the loading batman running. returned dashboard, every time i enter the game now i have to set the screen size and contrast, and except the terms and conditoins, and i am back at level 1, without fail

There was nothing weird giong on at the time with my xbox or Gotham City Impostors, I just booted it up about a week ago and i was wiped. only played a few matches since then because I dont want to do any unnecessary leveling. I was level 36 with about 100 or so costume coins. help me out please! Iwould like to start playing again soon. thank you.

nope, iv had about 15 hours in total play time, in a party of 5 playing an we had a game where my game thought it was fumigatoin all my mates games thought it was tdm. either my game tried to load round 2 that did exsist or whatever, and i froze up and never returned to the lobby, had to dash board, everytime i load it up now its like its the first time iv played, got to agree to terms ect, even if i play to lv7, next time i play exactlyy the same again

Stats resetting thats least of problems.need to get servers sorted out spend half the time in out of lobbys

I just wanted to ask a quick question- I started to play again and got to level 10, even though before my stats reset i was level 32, will i still go up to 32? Or because i started to play again will i not get the patch? And if the patch will work for me, how long approximately will it take for the patch to go into effect and return my previous info? Thanks for the help.

When we restore your XP and Costume Coins, they'll just be added onto the total that you currently have. So, if you're 10 now, you won't just go back up to 32, but rather the level that would be gained from adding the total amount of XP required to hit 32. This will be done before the patch.

I see this has happened. Awesome job guys! This means anything you have played after the wipe will be added to your level.

I have been off for the part week and when i got on today all my stuff was gone so i don't know when it happened. But can you please set my stats back cause i really like this game and i do not think ill play it no more if i dontvget my stuff back.
