I purchased the full version of the game and got up to about level 10, then received a message, (which said something like)
"unable to save to your device". The next time I loaded the game, my stats were reset.
My Arkham City code doesn't work either.
Oh yeah, and I cannot see my stats on this website, even though I am logged in.

I brought the upgraded version and lost my level xp coins and already brought costumes

Happened to me twice now. i'm so irritated. i think it may have happened because of other bugs in the game like not able to quit the matchmaking lobby

This has happened twice to me now. once when i was level 23, and another time when i was level 10. Both have happened when i tried to leave a matchmaking lobby but the game crashed another bug maybe i don't know. I already deleted this game because of this bs.
Was lv 47 around 6:00 central time on feb 17 2012. Froze at the profile loading screen and had to restart manually, i lost everything. Thanks For the Support Guys! Your game is amazing! Here's the info:

I was somewhere around level 60 when I got reset,I just came on one day and it was all gone.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: When i started to play today for my first time
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Sort of during when my connection was going really slow when i tried to get on and it showed me as a level 1 and it made me do training and what not.
