Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

I received the message from Skaarjonic too. Hopefully it is actually him and not an Impostor.

He only mentions getting XP and costume coins back. With the XP comes levels and with levels come the unlocks, but I'll be butt hurt if I don't get back a couple of my calling cards back (Kill 10 Jokerz and whatever unlocks the Poison Ivy card).

Happened about 2 days after I purchased the game. Turned it on and everything was reset.
Also this is not my Id linked to my Gamertag having trouble signing in with that account so had to create new one.

why is the GCI team working on DLC when they got a much more serious issue on their hands, i've decided to give the game one more chance but if i get resetted one more time ill be done with, please guys fix the stats reset problem first nobody cares for DLC if the game isnt working properly and have to start from scratch every single time, been resetted for 4 times now please fix this cause it's getting on everyone's nerves greetz nWo_mustys666 (playing on ps3 from the Netherlands)

I bought the game the first day it came out and played it for about 18 or so hours and reached level 62 but when i got on the game at about 2:30 a.m., I had to read the user agreement again and all of my stats inluding my level were gone and i was at level 1. i did not get the trial gameat all. i don't know why my data is gone.

Please fix this. I love the game but i shouldn't have to put 18 more hours in just so i can get back to the level i was at. But even then, It's not like you can replace the stats for everyone who lost their data so what happens now.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?:
This happened this past Saturday (Feb 11). I had turned off my system like I normally do after exiting the game. Later that evening, I was going to show my sister the game and the game acted like I had never played before. I wanted to play, so I just started it up again. I had been level 30 and now I'm back up to level 29.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.):
The only thing I did was unplug my HDMI cable so that I could hook up my computer to the TV to watch some non-Hulu Plus shows. Nothing weird happened and I don't know why that would have caused a problem.

Level 62, Worked hard on my huntsman :(
I just loaded the game up and it displayed the agreement, and alas I was reset.
It did have trouble logging into WBiD.
