Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when? During last night , I guess. Because I played before going to bed,I leveled up to lvl 7. Just now, I got on my Xbox to play & I am lvl 1, with all my stats reset to zero.
Nothing odd happened prior to this.

I was at least level 60 something and had well over 1600 kills :(
I've spend a lot of hours too so if you could please do something to help that would help

No it didnt have the trial version , I bought and played the full version. I was playing another game when i exited to xbox dashboard to play Gotham City imposters and it showed me the updates and legal stuff i had to accept, which i already accepted when i first bought the game after aceppting again i saw that i was at level one , when i had been level 40 or 41

If not, when?: Didn't play trial, downloaded demo/full game at the same time and quick question: I forgot, was beta supposed to transfer stats and progress? Because if so it didn't, not a big complaint. Bigger a gripe is that once I bought the full game it reset a 2nd time right after I was done with a match. Something about the save function failing repeatedly, got it to save once I think and after that Watched some netflix, came back and I was back to square one. Made me agree to the privacy policy and all that jazz, and thats when I knew something was off. All in total between beta not keeping my stats (not like I care) to the reset I've lost 55 lvls. I was lvl 30 I think when this all happened.

If not, when?:No, i went straight to full version without playing the trial i played the first week it came out and got to lev 40 then said save data failed then got to lev 52 ,save data failed,then cut off ps3 cut back on went to game and evrything was gone I checked the my game data and it was gone. Now im lev 10 FAIL!!! :(

I really hope if they do fix this it didnt mess up anything when i played again after i got reset from lev 52 now im lev 10 :(

check your email, it should have sent a verification before you even entered the site. it seemed to only work for me with the original and not the following that i did from my account page.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No - I was level 39 I think an when i logged in on 2/8/12 It reset me back to Level 1
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No it was working fine when i logged off to go to bed, an when I woke up to play it reset me.

I spent some $ purchasing the XP boosts, so i really hope I dont have to go thru another reset >.<
