Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

•Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Never even downloaded the trial.
•If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Absolutely nothing

-i actually played 40 mins of the trial, the next day i decided to log in and buy the full game but i noticed my stats reset, so i'm hesitant about buying the full game fearing i would lose my stats again. Also during the time i played the trial i was getting at the end of each game an error saying game data could not be saved on my ps3, and when i checked my saved data utility i didn't find any save file related to the game.
I hope this problem gets fixed soon so i could buy this fun game and enjoy my time.

Will you address what you will do, if anything, to make it up to people who wasted days ranking up and microsoft points on xp boosts?

Personally, I will not play the game anymore because I don't want to re-unlock everything I already earned.
Bare minimum make everybody that got reset a level 99 with everything unlocked.

Three days in I was a level 75, 5 days later I'm a level 1.

Either way this is still a great game. I have a blast playing it. Something tells me if you attempt to play it may mess up the ability to reset your former level. Just for the fact that the system is now tracking your new stats in place of your old ones. I haven't played since the reset and i can still login and look at stat tracker and it shows me at level 56 still. I pray they find a fix for this soon and are able to restore our previous stats. Not having a backup when your storing everything server side would not be a smart move at all. I do wish admins were doing a better job posting under this thread if only to reassure us they are still trying. I have not seen any response addressing the possibility of a restore of our previous stats either which makes me uneasy. Some info guys? Not everyone is as patient as I am. If you guys don't start letting folks know this game is going to die out fast and that would be a shame because it really is a blast.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): I was kicked back to the dashboard after a game. I went to bed because of frustration and the next time I got on I was reset.

Nope I dont think everyone who got reset (alot of people) wants to be bumped to one promotion. anyways the yellows who post cant really tell you anything or us anything till they are told themselfs. so just relaxes alittle are data is saved somewhere.

My full game has never once kept track of my stats on the leader board. I am a level 53 and have played over a hundred matches, when i go to the leader boards it still tells me to play 5 matches to be ranked on the leader board.

I just called the WB tech support line (410-568-3680) and spoke to a rep. He was a nice enough guy, but he didn't have any good news for us. All he said was that, "This is a known issue. They're working on it, but I don't have anything to tell you right now." I pressed about getting a refund for at least the XP boosters, but he said that they can't do anything yet. He asked me to "be patient," although there's no timeframe for when this technical and, really what is now a PR problem, might be solved. He did say that he'll contact me when something is figured out, and I told him that people on the forum want to get updated, too. Bleh. All we want to do is play the frigg'n game. :/

I agree with this sentiment. I was reset damn near a week ago. I've mourned my poor lost levels and stats, not even upset anymore, couldn't care less if I get them back or not, I just want to be able to play again.

That makes me extremely nervous to think. I haven't played since. But its tracked stats my buddy signed in the other day to try out. I'm glad they are at least trying to alleviated the issue prior to fixing our accounts. Awful for this to keep happening! I'm well here something soon!
