Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

I'm hearing rumors that there is a common link with those that have lost all their stats all have WBID accounts and received a message that the server was not available. There are some that do NOT have active WBID accounts and have not EVER had a problem with finding games, getting kicked out of games, or being thrown back into the dashboard. Hmm... where is the data being saved? On the WBID server?

Im still playing the trial version (I only have 10 minutes left!) So, I downloaded it like 4-5 days ago from the date im posting this and everytime Ive quit the game and played something else, or have turned off my system, I go on and play the trial version and everything is reset!!! So, I think ive played a total of 10 matches, 2 at a time, so I usually get to rank 3 and then I quit to play something else but my stats keep resetting =( PLEAAAAASE, I really want to buy the full version of this game because its really good but I dont want to buy it if my stats keep reseting! Try to fix it asap guys, that way I can recomend it to more people! =D I will be monitoring this thread so as soon as you guys fix the problem, Im going to buy the game... FYI, Im playing it on ps3 and my psn id is ELBARBERO1... If it makes any difference, im also playing all the way from central america, Nicaragua to be exact... but I play mw3 and blackops and everyother mp game in the world so hopefully, its not a region issue guys... Thanks again and hope to get this fixed soon because I want to keep playing it...

To be honest. It does seem that way, and I can give personal voucher that prior to my stats being reset, I was having trouble being able to sign into my ID at all. I was kicked/dc'ed. Then I tried to restart the game. went through the whole thing of exiting out, and getting back on when It it first told me it couldn't sign into my WBID. I closed out of the game and tried again later and all my **** was reset. Do you think there is some sort of connection? It does make you wonder. WHERE they say everything is saving as frequently as it does.

This is very narrow minded thinking. Already a number of people, myself included, have either quit got refunds or have gone on to other games hoping this gets better. Inevitably though if no open communication besides the odd hit-and-run comment is made hope will wither and die. More people will approach Xbox Live, PSN and Steam about refunds, warn people off the game and we'll see even more articles covering this issue in a less than flattering way.

The result? Those lobbies are going to be ALOT smaller before this game withers and dies.

Time is of the essence for both the devs and the administration here. By being open and answering the questions presented to them they can only assuage the fears of the community.

Extremely upsetting. Over 10 hrs in, almost lvl 50, and a few bucks into the double XP boosters, all down the drain. A solution and/or compensation would be lovely. I'm not touching the game again, and probably won't if the solution is just to redo what I've already done and hope it doesn't happen again. A little over $1.50/hr didn't make this a bad purchase, but it's a lot less than I was expecting to get out of it. New games are buggy, but a bug that wipes your entire profile is too much.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, but I played the beta to level 25 and it's still installed.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing beyond the usual "can't find a game match" problems.

If they are still selling xp boosters while this bug persists not only is it unethical, it borders on crooked. I've asked a few times now about if they pulled the boosters off the Black Market for the time being and have yet to get a response. Not encouraging.

Still really hoping we get our stats back. I see more and more people on various sites saying they've had the reset issue, and now some sites are doing articles on it. I hope we get it fixed and that it doesn't kill the game before it can really get going.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. I purchased the game on Saturday morning and played it a bit during the day. I logged in again Sunday morning and played a bit more. I believe my stats sheet said I had played around 2 hours total. I was at level 15. I logged in later Sunday afternoon and got a message that the WBID server was not available, but was still able to play normally. When I played again Monday evening, all stats were gone.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): See above comment about WBID server not being available error message.

EDIT: Just happened again. Same situation. Stats reset again.

If this common link is soon officially confirmed I won't have to wait for the patch just to play the game. So the "WBID server not available" is basically like a warning that if you continue your level will be reset? I played a couple hours after the game released but then heard about the level resetting glitch; I'm currently avoiding the game until this problem is fixed or I can safely assume I am not one of the many affected by the glitch. Come on Monolith, fix this! I want to play your awesome game!
