Can you answer the question pretaining to stat and lvl restoration? And more importantly, has exp boosters been pulled from the Black Market til this is resolved?

I was playing finished a match just upgraded to lvl 28. i went to the main menu then went and watched netflix. came back in like 2 hours tryed to play and said i had no custome classes and lvl 1.
Nothing odd hapend just stoped playing.

If you could do anything to get me back up please do so.

Monolith will most likely let everyone know if stats will be restored when they can definitively say so. They probably don't want to make any promises until they're sure.

A week is ridiculous though, you can't defend that. Twisted Metal came out today, and you know when they're patching the problems? Today. With another patch due out on the 18th. That's how you run a company.

True, however they CAN comment on whether or not they are still selling exp boosters in the Black market (I'd check but don't want to risk logging in). If they still are while fully aware of this bug it's completely unethical.

I'm pissed too (I was at 7/8 of the freeze gun damage feat and everything else done and level 49) but I'm not going to start whining like some little kid picked last in dodgeball. If you guys are really upset about the $15 spent on this game, maybe video games shouldn't be your hobby.

Let the devs do thier job. If all the complainers quit, the community will be much better.

I'm getting a strong case of deja vu with BioShock 2. That multiplayer had a freezing glitch that took some time to fix. The community behaved in much the same fashion in that situation as well. Feedback on the issue was sparse as they were working on it and everyone became feverishly upset with the developers. The patch took some time...more than a week or two (gasp!). But guess what...the problem was eventually resolved and everyone rejoiced.

It happened when the game froze. I tried to back out of Matchmaking and it wouldn't let me so I chose to go to the Xbox 360 Dashboard and when I go back into the game everything was resetted. This has happened to me twice so far. I used to be a level 7 and then after that I was a level 28.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?:
No, all I was doing was playing a game of Psych Warfare, then right as I was about to win with me and my friend. All of a sudden my game froze up and it booted me down to dashboard. I was a level 85 that i worked so hard for and then next thing you know I boot up my GCI and I am back at level 1. :( It would be highly appreciated if someone could look into it.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.):
