Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

Gizzle20091985 ps3 usa my stats have reset for a total of 4 times the first time from lvl 25 i want my stats back i paid 4 the game i did not receive it 4 free the GCI COMMUNITY IS VERY UPSSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP IS MUCH OVER DUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SMILEY FACE UPSIDE DOWN

Just a quick note for PS3 owners as an intervening fix. When it says Save failed and asks if you want to retry, DON'T. Play a little longer wait to see if it properly saves then leave. It seems to retain the info that way, though you often have to redo all the Terms & Conditions agreement when you load it again.

Come on Monolith, it's a fantastic game, get a fix ASAP.

Sounds like that might be a fix but it's NOT. After the first reset when ever it failed to save I didn't retry and just canceled. I continued to play for a bit then I logged out for a few hours came back and my stats were reset AGAIN! So very frustrated!!!

Be sure to post about the problem to your favorite gaming news source if you're an outraged customer so that players considering buying this game can be forewarned. I'm sure that sites like Destructoid, Kotaku, and Joystiq would be interested to hear about customers losing access to their PAID DLC, and the problem is made worse by a lack of responsiveness from the developer and community manager.

If angered customers can make this news-worthy problem into bad publicity, maybe it'll put a fire under Warner Brothers' butt to fix the problem and to be more responsive to their bugs in the future. For your convenience, here are some e-mail addresses and links for reporting the problem:

My PSN is DaredWolf, and my stats got reset when I played last. It told me that the save failed, it froze my PS3 and when I started the game up again I was back at level 1. I would appreciate it if I could get my progress back somehow.

Issue did not happen from upgrade. I kept getting cannot save errors, so I rebooted. When I came back all my stats were gone. Level 25 and $1.50 in extra XP boost.

I called the support number for WB interactive and I was basically told that they were aware of the issue and are working on it. They also said tough s*** on the lost stats and level. When I asked what they were going to do for us to make up for lost time and stats: the answer is nothing.

As much fun as the game is, I sure feel like I wasted my $$$.

I never even played the trial version. bought this a few days ago and it just reset all my stats after the game froze.
