And THAT'S exactly why only 'tards spend real money on costumes if you can get them just by playing the game. I'm glad I didn't buy anything other than the game itself, and even that I find myself regretting.

It's time to get out of the information stage and start fixing some s***, love you game, but seriously this is an unbelievable, intolerable problem. Clearly there is a link with the trial mode. I actually want to play the game that screws me over, so ya got something here if you can resolve the issue. Please, please resolve the issue.

The first time I load the game it generally puts me back into trial mode, I turn the system off and load back to lvl 23. I am having luck on this fourth playthru, but I am pessimistic still.

I unlocked the full game. started from 0 got to level 7 quit the game and when I come back all of my stuff is gone D':

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, it happened overnight. The previous night i kept getting a message saying failure to save, and i kept losing connections. I played about an hour later and everything was fine. The next morning when I signed in it made me re accept the terms and I was back at level 1.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No

I lost my level 23 when I unlocked from beta, then I just lost everything (lvl 28) when it couldn't save. Why isn't this stuff saved server side considering it's only an online multiplayer. I'm done, We had to sign a contracted for the game now i want my damn money back because you guys can't keep up your end of it
