Im on ps3 In virginia And No , it did not happen during any update, My stats reset after i got failed to save error like fifty damn times. My tag is nowitstimetodie. Level 48 with alot of unique cards....please return my stats, until update i am done.

honestly, you guys should have postponed the release of this game and worked out all or most of the important bugs. the delay would have been much better than this terrible issue happening daily. i do hope that this gets resolved sooner than later, though i'm feeling quite pessimistic about this, and about getting my stats back. as long as this issue gets resolved quickly, i'll live with starting from scratch.

I am absolutely dissapointed with this, I make it to lvl. 59 and turn my PS3 off for 5 seconds and turn it back on to realize i am back at lvl 1 with all my stats gone. I can't and I will not play this game until I get my stats back. I spent a lot of time into that and am not going to settle with starting all over again and ahve this happen to me again. Please recover my stats or at least all the stuff I unlocked.

I played the game til I was level 39. After i restarted my PS3 I was level 1 and all my stats were resetted.
Can someone help me with that problem?

Anything weird: No. I was playing the game till 4 am last night. Get on at 1 pm today and the game wants me to do my settings and agree to the terms of service again.
I''ve had the game since it came out and im pretty pissed about this. I was level 64 and #7 in the Team Deathmatch leaderboards. Can you guys fix our profiles or is this just a place for us to complain and get no help? I don't mean to sound like an a$$hole (i've loved this game since the beta and have defended it to the ppl that complain about glitches) but im starting to see why ppl are complaining so much.

The game was playing fine and then the internet cut out. Came back in the game and still had my stats but it kept saying "Sorry, unable to save game progress. Try again." When I got home and hooked up my PS3 again all of my stats were gone and I was back to lvl 1. Not only that but all of the money that is now wasted on the double XP capsules that I purchased.

I too am very disappointed in this recent actions to my profile which was reset from lvl 19 to lvl 1???? I don't understand why you guys don't have better ways to make sure this doesn't happen to your customers which whom has just purchased recently and spent hard earn experience hours as well as money to lvl up my profile. No I didn't have problems with the update, but the next day when I signed it I did.
Played all nite and even checked my stats before I got online.
