And it's only a coincidence that the vast majority of users getting their stats reset have the PS3 version, I'm sure.

I bought the full game, played it for a couple hours, and the day after the game asked me to do evry setup and agreement acceptance just like i was new. All my stats were lost. I didn't even played the trial I bought the full version imediately.

The game often says it can't save and if I would like to retry. Sometimes it takes about 3-5 times to actually save.
That 's really something you 'll have to fix 'cause people don't like losing their hard earned progress.

Sometimes it's laggy but what game isn't :)

I really like the game! It's great fun and dead serious at the same time. Nice.

I was playing the game, it said it couldnt save it or something, then i went to play a seperate game, came back a little while later ( never turned my system off) and my stats were gone. Earlier this had also happened, i posted a comment here hoping for help. Im not sure if you guys did something or what, but when i reset my ps3 my stats were back. I have tried that two times now and they are still gone. Is there any possibility that you guys can fix this or wat.

I played this morning the trial... left the game for a while and came back and got sent back to level 1 ... but If I go on the site here I can see the results of my last matches but all my stats are back to 0 ... really sucks cause I just love this game even though I suck at it ... :)

I just lost my level 28, and 2500 token, I find it unfortunate that the backups on servers because if it is to have this problem any time I will drop it and play something else!

Is There Any Way to get back my real stats?

Its ONLY the PS3 users. So far as I can tell. I've looked back 10 pages and haven't seen a single xbox user with this problem

just like everyone else. shut down normal, stats reset. level 55 :( i dont think i can play it again.. im fairly upset. i loved the game.. this is a sad sad day :(

Is there no option for saves on the hard drive? that would really help. I 'm really scared i'll loose my stats. If this happens to often its not going to be a great game. And I do like it. and want to keep playing but not each time from the beginnig.

i was lvl 54 earlier today and then i came back on it just now and im now level 1 and i am really annoyed with this please could you do something to help me.

all i did was turn my ps3 of but i was at the main menu then later today i came on it and i was lvl 1 im not playing this game till i get my level back and my cards and i done all the attachments and 1000 kills with desperado.
can u try and fix this asap and i had the full game
