I better get my 35 levels back and my xp boost that's bull****, gamertag JoKeZ I on Xbox fix this **** I waited two days

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, I simply exited the game going to Xbox Home and went back to find my stats reset
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing odd. The lobby froze so I exited the game and went back in.

well at had just got to lvl 80 and i loss internet connection and when it came back every thing was lock and i was a lvl one again pls get my lvl back the odd thing is i have my mascot still unlock so i dont know what happen ??? pls fix this

Stats reset when I purchased full game. Played up until level 29 or so between the past few days, turn it on today and it was reset. Nothing irregular happened that I am aware of. I hope you can fix it, thanks.
