Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

It is so easy to find an answer! They have facebook, twitter, a full webpage with forum. They keep telling me to stay in contact, yet when i want to hear something, I cannot find one damn update.

It's obvious they don't want to say anything until they are sure, they won't be telling you you won't get your stuff back until they know exactly what happened.

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realized we had a major programmer of mainstream console's game in here. Please, give them a hand to solve this easy answer.

Usually when i pay for a product, it is finished.

I was having trouble unlocking the full game so I reinstalled it and when I finally unlocked the full game, my stats were reset. I don't know if that was the reason it happened or not. I guess I could grind back to 12 levels, but it would be a pain.

When i went on to play GCI today it wouldn't load my profile at all, then it showed to retry did that and nothing. So i pressed no and when i was in the menu and went to change my weapon load out everything was locked, i kinda got mad cus i was at lvl 35 i thought i had to start all over again from lvl 1 so i turned off my Playstation 3, went back on it and everything worked normally until i got a screen that said half of my data got corrupted which made me worry even more, clicked to the next screen which said that it would restore it and everything was back to normal again.

Had this happened to anyone or is that some kind of bug, it will suck if that would happen again since im really enjoying the game since first playing the open beta.

I don't think you do. Everything you buy comes with a defect that you probably let it pass without noticing. Every food you buy is tainted and contaminated in some sort, in ways you can not imagine.
This time the defect was only more noticeable.
It sure sucks but hey, at least we live in an age were they can patch things through the internet. That's just marvelous, I guess there's bad sides to everything though.

Happened to me when in beta and full game. i just restarted my ps3 and it went back to normal but now its not giving my levels back and i have tried at least 6 times already

not saying anything until they're sure and keeping us completely in the dark on an issue that we've all invested time and money into are two totally different things, wouldn't you say? i think most of us are frustrated by the fact that we're having major, game breaking issues with a game that was delayed for a month to "polish". it appears to be exactly the same as the beta that was released months ago. same matchmaking issues that were in the beta, same data-erasing save problems. i absolutely love this game and i hate to be speaking against it but i just cannot believe such a serious mass problem is still occurring.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?:

NO - I bought the full game about 6pm on 2/10/12. I reached level 4, then turned off the PS3 for the night. This morning, on 2/11/10 all of my saved data was there. I played until I reached level 12. I turned off the system for an hour, and when I went back to play again, every stat was reset. Also, I was unable to join a Gang before the reset. I really hope this gets resolved soon! I love Batman, I LOVE this game. Even my '30-something' GF loves it. Thats no small feat.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): - No.
