Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: I'm guessing it was after the dlc but its basically some of my stats have reset like the narcissistic psych profile got reset down to 2 and i was already 5 I'm not sure how much else has been reset but that's that
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No other than the update thats it

No, Its not instant. You don't just get your stats warped to you because you downloaded a patch. They have to give the XP back to you. But hey, who knows how long it will actually take before they begin restoring what we had. They said they would give everyone their stuff back, but they haven't started the process of it yet I guess.

i was playing the game then went to the menu and then i went offline and went out and later turned my ps3 back on and went on the game and i was lvl 1

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: no, aftering playing challenges one night I turned the game on the next day and it was reset
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): nope but a few days ago I got XP from community challenges (like when you get your stats returned) but my stats had never reset before and I haden't posted here

Happend when a level loading screen froze (deathmatch) and I therefore had to powerdown my xbox 360 manually; after restarting all my progress and weapons were gone and I had to reregister (as if I never played the game before).
I reached level 22 and I also paid 4 times for a XP boost (and I had still more than 1 hour of xp boost left). So I would also like to have that back too.

When do I get everything back??? Or if that is not possible; when do we get a total refund (for the game and for all the extra money we spend on this game)?

Will you only get xp and coins? Cause challenges are what I'm hurting over... Guess its a chance for extra xp... Still would like to know

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: I bought it the day after its release and everything I had vanished today, I had like 2200 costumes coin saved to the DLC and good stats.

I don't know how you will fix it but please try to put everything I got from the start, if not, then I have no desire to play this game anymore sorry :(, but it was a awesome game thought
